• How can I subscribe in this service?

  All you have to do is click on the “subscribe” button while connecting from your “Orange DSL” line and fill the form. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after subscribing to Orange Wi-Fi service and an SMS on your registered mobile number. In the same email and SMS, you will receive your login details.

• Can I use the login details on more than one device at the same time?

  No, the account is only designed to connect one device at a time. You cannot connect another device unless the first device is disconnected.

• I went to café and I found Orange Wi-Fi but couldn’t login?

  Check if you typed the login user name and password correctly. If you are still facing the same problem, call us on 02-33311844. For better support, we advise to contact us from the location where the problem occurs.

• Is the service renewed automatically?

  Yes, the EGP 10 amount will be added on a monthly basis on your “Orange DSL” bills unless you request to cancel the service.

• Is this service unlimited?

  Unfortunately due to fair use policies the service is limited for 3GB/month and renewed automatically every month.

• What is the connection speed inside the café?

  With Orange Wi-Fi you can enjoy 1 Mega speed.

• How can I know my current consumption?

  To know your current consumption, you can visit our website www.orange.eg while you are connected to “Orange Wi-Fi” from any café or restaurant.

• Will I be able to carry over any unused gigabytes for following months?

  The balance of the quota package resets to its basic limit at the beginning of each month. The unused quota cannot be carried over to the next month.

• I forgot my password. What can I do?

  Press on “forgot password?” in the login page. The login page opens automatically on your browser while you are connected with “Orange Wi-Fi”.
