Now with Orange DSL, through your bank ATM machine, you can inquire about your bill and pay it easily at any time through 'Fawry' payment services.

'Fawry' is an electronic bill payment and presentment network where you can pay your bill via your bank, No subscription or registration is needed, This service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, offered for free from Orange DSL*.

All you need is your debit card and the phone number of your Orange DSL account to inquire and pay your bill at your bank’s ATM machine. The payment transaction will be debited directly from your bank account**.

Bill payment via ATM machines

Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, all you need is your debit card and the phone number of your Orange DSL account to inquire and pay your bill at your bank’s ATM machine. The payment transaction will be debited directly from your bank account**.

Banks which you can currently use the service at are:

• National Bank of Egypt (ATM)
• Banque Misr (ATM)
• Banque du Caire (ATM)
• Alex Bank (ATM,Portal)
• Arab African International Bank (ATM)
• Al Watany Bank of Egypt (COC) Cash on counter
• Credit Agricole Egypt (ATM)
• HSBC (ATM, Internet banking)
• Bank Audi (ATM)
• Mashreq (Internet banking)

How to use the service:

All you need to do is to pass by the nearest ATM belonging to the bank in which you have your account and your bill payment will be only a few steps away:

• Insert your debit or Credit card ***
• Go to 'Others'
• Choose the "Communication and Internet"
• Choose "Orange DSL"
• Insert the phone number of your Orange DSL service
• Choose the amount you want to pay****
• Then press ‘Agree’ , your transaction is now done successfully and Orange DSL have been notified instantly.

Bill payment via retail outlets

Fawry bill payment services are also available at retail outlets (supermarkets and pharmacies) that have become part of the Fawry bill payment network. Via these retail outlets, you can make bill payments in cash. Fawry-enabled outlets (supermarket and/or pharmacies) will be identified by the Fawry logo in and outside of the store. The payment transaction will be transferred directly to your Orange DSL account balance**

How to use the service:

You will be able to pay your bills at the nearest retailer that provides Fawry Payments

• Ask the retailer to make a payment for Orange DSL
• Dictate the telephone number of the Orange DSL subscription that you wish to pay for to the retailer
• The retailer will inform you with your bill due amount
• Pay the due amount to the retailer in cash ****
• Finally you will get a receipt as proof for your payment

Post Office:

you can pay your Orange DSL invoice easily and safely via Fawry Services available in Egypt Post Offices; call 16421 to know the nearest Egyptian Post Office to you the has the Fawry Service. All you need to do is:

1. Head to the nearest Egypt Post Office that has the Fawry Service
2. Ask to pay your Orange DSL bill via the Fawry Service
3. Pay the due amount in cash
4. Receive your receipt as proof of payment
