    “DSL Assist” is a special software from “Orange DSL” that allows you to fix the technical problems with few clicks. It also checks your connection and automatically indicates your connectivity status.
    “DSL Assist” works for your convenience by solving almost all connection related problems without having to configure your PC or your modem.

    2. Who will benefit from the "DSL Assist" software?
    This software is available to all “Orange DSL” customers for free.

    3. How can I get "DSL Assist" software?
    If you are an “Orange DSL” subscriber, press on the download button and you will have it right away. The file size is less than 2MB. If you are not an “Orange DSL” subscriber, subscribe first; then you will be able to use the software freely.

    4. I Downloaded the Software but my problem still exists?
    The software should solve most of the problems that cause the Internet connection to be unavailable. If you used the software and the problem still exists, please click the chat button in the software. If you have a connectivity problem, then call 16333.

    5. I searched for my modem but I didn’t find it
    This could be due to the big number of modems in the market, we will keep updating the modems list to support most of the commonly used modems.

    6. Can ”DSL Assist” configure my Wi-Fi settings?
    If your modem is supported by the software, then you will be able to configure the Wi-Fi SSID and security password using the software only.
